Delivery Information
Please contact us with any questions. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Hamptons Update: Moving forward, all Hampton deliveries will be sent via UPS with next day delivery on once it gets shipped out. If a particular date is required, let us know in the comments section, No orders will be sent out same day (processing is 1-2 days), or Fridays for the weekend due to heavy traffic.
Westchester Deliveries: Deliveries will be sent out Tuesdays (Wednesday if there are delays) due to the amount of orders going out that specific week.
Hours of Operation
We’re a real butcher’s shop, and we’re open Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm, Saturday from 9am-3pm, and closed on Sundays.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

We will accept return requests for items that are unopened and unused within 48 hours of delivery and CANNOT be frozen. Products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund UNLESS there is obvious damage/spoiling. We recommended that you inspect the package at the time of delivery to examine for any damage. If so, please let us know ASAP and e-mail us with pictures.
