Piccinini Bros. has been the go-to meat source for the best restaurants in New York City since Guido Vaccari first opened the shop in 1922.

Now owned and operated by Guido’s grandson, third-generation butcher Paul Vaccari and his wife Sylvie, Piccinini Bros. is the oldest New York City butcher shop still run by the original family.

Our 100+ year tradition of providing the highest quality antibiotic- and hormone-free beef, lamb, pork, poultry, veal, and specialty products continues to this day in Hell’s Kitchen, where we serve wholesale customers and discerning home cooks who care about where their meat comes from.

Our hand cut steaks, Berkshire pork chops, farm-raised chickens, and variety of USDA Prime-certified cuts are now available for delivery throughout NYC, Long Island, and Westchester.

Whether for weeknight dinners or special occasions, our team of specialists helps customers find exactly what they’re looking for – and share their expertise, tips, and recipes.

Visit our retail shop located at 633 Ninth Avenue between 44th and 45th Avenues, in New York City, where Paul, Sylvie, and their team provide the same hands-on, knowledgeable customer service that Guido passed down.

Sylvie Vaccari passed away unexpectedly in 2026. Sylvie was a beloved wife of almost 28 years to Paul, mom to their son Braden, and friend to all of us at Piccinini Bros. She was a breast cancer survivor who brought her larger-than-life personality to our Hell’s Kitchen butcher shop, and she loved getting to know everyone who walked through our doors.
